Evening Meetings
The second Thursday of every month from 7-9pm our support meetings are held at the Pig and Pastry on Bishopthorpe Road. Delicious hot drinks and scrumptious cake are heavily involved, free of charge and all our members, as well as newcomers, are welcome to join us. Guest speakers are invited to some of these sessions to provide advice and information on a wide range of cancer related subjects.

Luncheon Club
These are held monthly and dates and venues may vary greatly so please do check our Events Calendar for details. Lunch is open to all members and newcomers are welcome, although its helpful to let us know if you intend to come along so we can get a table big enough to accommodate all of the group. The meal and drinks are provided free of charge to ensure that nobody is excluded. Lifts are available to anyone who doesn’t drive. To book your lift you must contact us at least 1 week before the event to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

One-2-One Coffee & Catch ups
We are aware that not everyone feels comfortable meeting a large group for the first time, therefore we are always more than happy to meet up on a 1-1 basis before a new member comes to their first meeting (any excuse to drink coffee and eat cake – are you sensing a theme yet?).
Social Events
We often plan other social events such as meals out and beauty sessions among others.
Post Surgery Lingerie Evenings
Several times a year we hold Post Surgery Lingerie Evenings. Two different Post Surgery Lingerie retailers provide an excellent service and stock a whole range of underwear, swimwear and sleepwear made especially for ladies who have had breast surgery. Look out for details in our Events Calendar.
